Bonnie Lia is Founder and Managing Director of the hugely successful Kids Model & Talent Agency, Bonnie and Betty, founded in 2009. She is also a board member of The AYPA (Agents of Young Performers Association), an association founded to establish a framework of professional practice when representing children and young performers across the entertainment industry. She is regularly asked to take part in seminars and workshops involving discussions and Q&A’s regarding children within the industry, as well as various judging panels.
1-2-1 Mentoring & Advice Session with Bonnie
Parents; whether you are completely new to the industry and your child is just starting out; seeking initial guidance before taking those very important first steps OR you perhaps have some experience already but are looking for some professional help/advice or further support; this one is for you. A 1-2-1 mentoring and advice session with Bonnie over Zoom. This initial 30 minute session for parents can be structured however you so wish depending on your requirements and goals. We can discuss suitable options for your child in regards to first/next steps, self taping, do’s and don’ts and general Q&A’s regarding the industry as a whole. These sessions are super laid back and are very much an open conversation. The aim, as always, is to furnish you with the knowledge & skills you may need to best enable your child in the industry. We can offer advice on agencies, training, headshots/portfolios, CV/Spotlight & more. For these sessions, there is no need for child to be present as the session will mainly be directed at parent, however, dependant on child’s age, they are welcome to sit in.

1-2-1 Coaching with Bonnie
1-2-1 coaching sessions with Bonnie via Zoom are for children aged 6yrs and over. These can be structured accordingly dependant on the age and ability of the child and the requirements of the parent; however, typically we will cover a small scene which will be emailed over in advance and provide guidance and notes. These sessions can also be used for self taping or audition preparation. We can also assist with own monologue/scene selections as well as self taping guidance.
30 min session = £35
Portfolio Assistance
We’ll start with an initial consultation to decipher your plans for these shots; whether they are to be used to apply to agencies, updates for websites/casting sites, what sort of work your child is looking for etc. We can then offer advice and guidance on the best photographer(s) for your needs, supplying you with a recommended list including discounted rates offered by these photographers exclusively for Industry Parent. After the shoot has taken place, we can assist with photo selections, which we appreciate can be a minefield for parents not knowing what professionals may be looking for.
